Frank Gibbs
Frank Gibbs is a senior wetlands scientist with 30 years of wetland experience performing over 1900 wetlands delineations in Ohio and teaching hydric soils and wetland delineation across the U.S. for the USDA.

Ralph Tiner

Ralph Tiner is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts where he teaches wetland classification/delineation. With over 30 years of experience in wetland mapping and delineation, he is a nationally recognized authority on these subjects. He helped develop the 1989 federal wetland delineation manual. Amoung his many publications are several field guides to wetland plants and wetland identification/delineation.
