Ralph Tiner
Ralph Tiner is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts where he teaches wetland classification/delineation. With over 30 years of experience in wetland mapping and delineation, he is a nationally recognized authority on these subjects. He helped develop the 1989 federal wetland delineation manual. Amoung his many publications are several field guides to wetland plants and wetland identification/delineation.
